2 · Come hear it (recommended)
Book a time at our Houston Chinatown showroom and hear the BF-10 and BF-12 back to back on the same song. Dallas is 239 miles, about a 3.5-4 hour drive. If that isn't practical, we'll walk you through the gear over WeChat video instead. Visiting isn't required.
3 · Confirm the address, lock the total
Once you've picked a package, send us the install address. Travel is calculated from distance and total order value together, so larger orders offset more of it. We quote one final number before you order, never after we arrive.
4 · On-site installation and tuning
Our engineer handles cable runs, mounting, amp-and-song-system pairing, and feedback suppression, then tunes to your room's actual acoustics and walks you through the system before leaving.

Does installation in Dallas cost extra?
Equipment prices match Houston. Travel is calculated from your install address and total order value together. Dallas starts higher than Austin given the distance, but a larger order offsets more of it. You get one final number before ordering.
How long from order to install?
For in-stock packages, within the scheduled Metroplex install week. Because of the distance we typically group several homes into one trip, and you get a firm date when you order.
New builds in Plano and Frisco have high ceilings. Does that matter?
It does. High ceilings and hard surfaces stretch reverb time and make vocals wash out. We factor that into speaker selection and placement, then tame the reverb on site.
Can I just buy the equipment and install it myself?
Yes — we ship it and walk you through wiring and setup remotely. But feedback suppression and crossover tuning make a real difference, so we recommend professional installation if the budget allows.
What about service later on?
Equipment carries manufacturer warranty. Most software-side issues we solve remotely over WeChat; on-site visits are scheduled by address and trip routing.
