FAQ
How long does installation take? Any damage to my home?
A standard install takes half a day. Cables are concealed by default (in-wall optional), and we clean up before leaving.
Will it disturb the neighbors?
We calibrate output and bass for your room size — in a typical detached home, it's barely audible outside with doors closed. Acoustic panels available for extra isolation.
What if a new song isn't in the library?
The library updates over WiFi — new releases usually land within two weeks, or WeChat us to add one manually.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes — bring your old amp or speakers to the showroom for a trade-in valuation.
